Shelter Studios offer modern digital recording facilities for music and speech, carrying projects from conception through preproduction to production and, ultimately, postproduction. Centred around Protools systems, our studios offer flexible production options, depending on client specifications. We are as much at home with our Protools workstations as we are with ADAT, AKAI DR16/DR8 or  Tascam Hard Disk Recorder. We even do projects on the rather rare PARIS system, and archive projects to various formats, including DAT, Iomega Jazz drives, Minidisc, S-VHS, Compact Audio Cassette and, of course, CD. We master your CD to the professional Red Book spec, which makes an audible difference.

We have a reliable pool of talented and experienced professional musicians both in-house and on call, should your project require session musicians/singers. We can also assign producers who specialize in your style of music if you request that service in advance of your recording session.
